The purpose of this blog is to expose the Arthur Group for what it is.
The Arthur Group, with offices in Minneapolis and Chicago, claims to help people secure a new position in exchange for a percentage of the first year's salary.
Please leave your comments about your experience with the Arthur Group. People need to be aware of the kind of business this is.
Bad Barry

No he did not win. Theres more to it than what meets the eye. Dig deeper and you will see that.
Dig deep and you will find that Barry DID NOT win in the long run. Yes, he got away with having to pay back several thousands of dollars but he still had consequences to his actions
THousands of dollars in lawyer fees is one thing that he DIDNT win on and losing his house and his job :-))
Justify all you want, HE WON you lost...
He is no longer allowed to own OR operate a business!!! He had to sell his house and so many other things.
He was just sued by Citibank too I guess back in June of this year. I also saw that he has had to pay in to a few people regarding the Arthur Group scandal.
Actually, he never had to pay a penny to anyone. Michael Myser lied about his relationship with Arthur Group so that he could get in the paper as a hero and then run for mayor of Prior Lake. Then to top it off when the Attorney General called him as a witness, he refused to testify. Did you also know that he sued CareerBuilder and was paid thousands of dollars? He did it as a class action, but I wonder if any of you saw any money. The fact that none of this was true means that he has probably broken a few laws in doing this. The employees Ed Guk, Sean Durose, and Pat Powers were disgruntled employees who failed in their jobs and blamed Trimble for it. I was in the courtroom when the judge said that Trimble was an honest and hardworking entrepreneur and that the Attorney General called her press conference to "Invite" complaints. He put this in his order. Read it for yourself. For once, say something that you actually have the facts about. It always surprises me when people can celebrate that a man lost his home, even put smiley faces on their comments and in fact this man did absolutely nothing wrong and lost his home because of you and people like you. That is why the judge sided with him. You think you did something honorable? The judge, who actually saw all of the Attorney General’s evidence wrote, in his order, that there was absolutely no fraud, no deception, no dishonesty of any kind and that the Attorney General's best witnesses actually endorsed the services they purchased while on the witness stand. He also wrote in his order that anyone believing that another person could guarantee them a job, was defying logic (also in the order).
This is what happens when people like you rally against someone without malice or any evidence of any kind. Shame on you for doing this to another person. Whether you like this man or hate him, what you did is reprehensible. Also, Trimble can own a business if he wants either recruiting or outplacement or any other kind of business. The Judge complimented this man. That is in the order too. But obviously you didn’t read it.

Does anyone have a link to the actual court record? This would be public record, but I can't find it. I would love to read how the judge could find that Trimble was anything but the scam artist and thief that he is. The affidavit I provided certainly would show Trimble as such. I can't believe any of the others were any different than mine. Until I see the public record, I absolutely do not believe that Trimble got away with the things he did.
Oh, and empty-space-posting, scripture posting, anonymous supporter of Trimble, if he truly is innocent then there is no reason for you to try to stop discussion here with your spam. If he is innocent then you'll post the judges ruling or a link to that ruling. I bet you won't. I bet you'll keep on spamming because you know he's guilty as hell and you want to keep trying to hide it. If you keep posting spam, you only prove me right.
The Judges order is not sealed. You can get a copy at the Hennepin county courthouse.
Also, you filed an affidavit because you were told by the Attorney General and the media that Arthur Group and Trimble were scammers and that the jobs were not real, that he faked them to get your money. The defense presented evidence of more than 500 real relationships with employers complete with email addresses and everything. They also had employers take the witness stand and testify that they had engaged Arthur Group to find candidates. If you knew the jobs were real and that he was not doing anything wrong, would you have cooperated with the Attorney General? If you did not like the services you purchased that is one thing but if in fact this guy was completely innocent don't you feel some remorse as to the pain and suffering he has probably endured at your hand?
No I don't feel remorse at all. Since court records for Hennepin County are online and I can't find this one I still think you're lying. Post a link. Even if what you say is true, just because Trimble had a good set of lawyers does not mean he's innocent. He may have known some people in companies, everybody does, but I guarantee none of the jobs he posted were real. He had no access to the "hidden job market" that he claimed he did. He is a liar and a thief.
Ok, so you don't feel any remorse at all. I am not sure how that feels. On top of that, you write that you think Trimble hired a crack legal team and that is how he won? Seriously? Against the entire Attorney General’s office? The reality is that in the end the truth won, not conjecture and certainly not anonymous blogs. The Judge said Trimble did nothing wrong. This was after hearing all the witnesses and seeing all the evidence. It was not the lawyers. The Judge said that Trimble’s relationships were not acquaintances but companies that engaged Arthur group to fill jobs. That his business model had no fraud and no deception. No amount of rationalization or justification will take that away from Trimble.
By the way, you say you filled out an affidavit and you can’t believe that yours was that different than anyone else’s. Did you really fill it out? Or did the Attorney General fill it out for you and ask you to just sign it? That would make them all alike. Either way, that means you know people at the Attorney General's office. Why don't you pick up the phone and ask them for a copy of the order. While you do, ask them why they did not appeal the order, why they allowed you and the other people who testified to look like liars instead of filing a simple appeal and defending you. They have over 100 lawyers over there. They had the power to say that the Judge got it wrong if they wanted to and fight. They simply did not. Why? Maybe there are no members of the media that are interested in a press conference where the Attorney General admits they made a mistake (of course that would be new). I was shocked when I read the order. Mostly because of all the hype. But more importantly thinking about this poor sap whose life you destroyed. In then end you say you feel no remorse. So after you read what I read, see how you feel then.
Why is there no online record of the outcome you claim? Why is there no mention in the press? Certainly the press that was all over this nationwide when Trimble was indicted, at least ONE outlet would have reported the outcome? Yet none have. You still have provided no proof that what you say is true.
I filled out my own affidavit, thank you. As I'm sure most others did as well. As a member of most of the Executive networking groups in the Twin Cities I know there were cheers when Trimble was indicted. Any time I mention in those groups that your claim is that Trimble was found innocent the only response is people shaking their heads in bewilderment at how the justice system could have failed so miserably, and most people just don't believe your claim at all. At least one thing is certain. Unless he changes his identity, Trimble is so well known and so despised by executives in the Twin Cities he may as well move far, far away. He has no future here, and will not be able to fleece anyone else in this geography. If what you say is true then justice failed, and all his victims can do is take solace in what Trimble has lost.
So, just so I understand, Trimble winning means Justice “failed” and its “all the government’s fault”,… the “government” screwed up.
And, if Trimble won, you and the people you spoke to in your network groups are bewildered and “cannot believe it.“
Either way, whether it is true or false, in your mind as stated in your previous post, you celebrate this man’s pain and take “solace” in his loss.
Not sure it makes sense to stay in this argument but
OK.
Maybe this line of thinking is because if Trimble really won it means you wrongfully destroyed a person’s life, with malice and take pride in him not having a future. Now, to be clear if he was guilty I might be standing with you (except for the part about finding peace in another’s pain). If Trimble was completely innocent as the Judge reports, well, that is a tough pill to swallow for someone who feels like you so I understand why you and others would not want to face that fact.
However, it is time for you, the other affiants, and anyone in your network groups who stands with you to step up and show the world that you have integrity. Don’t get me wrong, I am not saying you don’t have it, I am just saying that this is an opportunity for you to display it.
Obviously you need answers and you keep coming to me and going to your network groups to find them. Not a good strategy. The Judge has documented 47 pages of answers.
But you are obviously all upset and so I will make it simple;
Here is the Attorney General’s number (651) 296-3353. Make the call. Give them the case number;
27-CV-09-24040 filed March 9, 2012. While you are at it, ask them how much of our hard earned tax dollars they spent on this case. 3 years of trials? Millions? After reading the order, that makes me angry.
You have nothing to be concerned about other than because your actions destroyed a person’s life (and by your own admission find peace in it), it may not be a pleasant experience to read about your mistake. I understand.
But…
What if you look at it this way; what if this was all just “a big mistake” on your part. That you really don’t enjoy another person’s pain. What if after reading what the judge had to say, you realize that you and others were acting on information that was given to you by people in authority who you presumed had integrity like you? And what if the information they gave you was false? Why would they do that? Did the government just “screw up” or did they have some other motive?
I think that since your mistake would have been based upon wrong information it would be easier for you to accept it. Don’t you? It is certainly a lot easier than admitting you harmed someone or would want to harm someone. That appears to be out of anger but the longer you defend this lie, as the truth comes out, the more you appear to lack credibility and integrity. Prove ME wrong by getting the order yourself.
The fact is that the Judge signed a Court Order saying Trimble is completely innocent of both fraud and deceptive trade. Do you know how easy it is to prove deceptive trade? You don’t even have to prove anyone was deceived to get a conviction! Yet Trimble is declared innocent.
The order says that the only thing he did was “unintentionally” operate an employment agency without a license (not sure exactly what that means but am looking into it).
Who are you or your people in network group standing with you to say the Judge got it wrong? Did you testify? If not, shame on you.
The only person who could possibly Judge the best evidence presented by the Attorney General was the Judge. Also, if the Judge got it wrong, Lori Swanson had 2 months after this order to appeal and she chose not to. Why? Call and ask her! Now that you have the number, what reason would there be not to?
So, the next time we all should hear from you is after you have the facts in front of you. Facts that are backed up by a Court of Law, not conjecture. It would be better not to be bitter and angry about what you “thought” Trimble did. It would make more sense to be bitter and angry about how you were lied to and “used”. Show us all that you have integrity.
You also ask why this has not been reported in the media. Ask them.
Lori Swanson has many media connections. When you call, ask who she called when she called her press conference. A lot of media showed up. But you probably have media connections of your own. Call them.
You cannot keep denying that according to the record there was no deception, fraud, or dishonesty of any kind in Trimble. I got that from the record, not a “networking group”, not a “blog”, not the Attorney General or the media. It was signed by a respected Judge after going through what appear to be weeks of trial, over several years, the Judge, who knows more than you or I will ever know about this man said Trimble was an “honest, hard-working, entrepreneur.”
If Lori Swanson did not agree, the appellate process offers her 60 days after the Judge’s order is entered in the record to file an appeal. It is ample time. If she felt that the Judge got it wrong, Lori Swanson could appeal. She did not even contest the order, even when the Judge put in his order that she called her press conference "inviting complaints!" Let me make it simple for you. Here is the phone number again; (651) 296-3353, call it.
One more thought... The Justice Sysem failed allright. It failed Trimble.
"One more thought... The Justice Sysem failed allright. It failed Trimble."
How can declaring a guilty man innocent have "failed" Trimble? It "failed" his victims.
The Attorney General is part of the "justice system" She had a responsibility to "know" she was making a legitimate accusation "before" doing so. She obviously she did not have "any" evidence of any kind of wrong doing. This is a lack of justice. In the end, the Court system vindicated this guy but not until his reputation and financial future were obliterated. Think about it, this could happen to anyone. When the government can do this without any penalty of any kind for doing it, I think it is a flaw in the justice system.
She has done something like this before. click this link;
http://hotair.com/archives/2009/04/21/minnesota-ag-office-accused-of-fraud-politicization-abuse/
Obviously you did not call yet. Why? Why would anyone want to continue to call an innocent man guilty? I mean, the evidence is all there. What are you waiting for?
More importantly, what did your affidavit say that this guy did to you? What law do you say he broke?
Just because Trimble was found innocent in court does not mean he was innocent in fact. Remember, OJ was innocent of killing his wife in criminal court, but found guilty in civil court of depriving her of her civil rights--by killing her. Our justice system fails all the time, as it did with the Trimble case.
If you knew anything about law, and clearly you don't, an affidavit is a statement of fact. It is not a statement of what law was broken.
Ok, so now you are bringing in OJ Simpson in as your example? I am not going to spend any time addressing that.
So obviously you still have not read the Judges Findings of Fact in this case. The Judge was the Honorable Bruce Peterson, a respected Yale graduate with a reputation of not being fooled. Ask any top tier law firm in this State if they can “put one over” on him. The answer is no way.
So let me repeat myself;
Why won't you call the Attorney General and get a copy of the order?
They convinced you that Trimble was doing something wrong and got you to sign your affidavit. The least they could do is give you a copy of the order.
On the other hand, maybe you don’t want one. Did you testify? You seem to be screaming injustice here. Did you have the integrity to show up? If not, shame on you… Again.
I gave you the phone number. Here it is again (651) 296-3353
Ask her why she didn't file an appeal and object to anything the Judge stated, even when he stated that she called a press conference to "invite" complaints!
Why do you stand there with your fists clenched and refuse to acknowledge reality?
You say your affidavit is a statement of fact, publish it here. What are you afraid of?
Make your case… You keep ducking my questions. Why?

Ok, so now you are bringing in OJ Simpson in as your example? I am not going to spend any time addressing that.
So obviously you still have not read the Judges Findings of Fact in this case. The Judge was the Honorable Bruce Peterson, a respected Yale graduate with a reputation of not being fooled. Ask any top tier law firm in this State if they can “put one over” on him. The answer is no way.
So let me repeat myself;
Why?

I have a copy. I paid 8.00 to have it mailed to me. Please do it, The blogger that states the judge called trimble "honorable" may want to read the whole file again because I cannot find that anywhere. For some reason the judge was blinded by something but I have peace knowing trimble will have to stand infront of God some day and explain himself.
You into definitions? Heres one for you: CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE: child molestation is a form of child abuse in which an adult or older adolescent uses a child for sexual stimulation.[1][2] Forms of child sexual abuse include asking or pressuring a child to engage in sexual activities (regardless of the outcome), indecent exposure (of the genitals, female nipples, etc.) to a child with intent to gratify their own sexual desires or to intimidate or groom the child, physical sexual contact with a child, or using a child to produce child pornography.[1][3][4]
The effects of child sexual abuse can include depression,[5] post-traumatic stress disorder,[6] anxiety,[7] propensity to further victimization in adulthood,[8] and physical injury to the child, among other problems.[9] Sexual abuse by a family member is a form of incest, and can result in more serious and long-term psychological trauma

Now, if any further comment is made on this blog, that states otherwise is libel. To the owner of this blog, you might think about getting a lawyer. Every day that this blog is live, you are committing libel. To the writers in the blog, you may list yourselves as anonymous but in fact your signature is your IP address, which you cannot hide.

the act or crime of publishing it.
a formal written declaration or statement, as one containing the allegations of a plaintiff or the grounds of a charge.
anything that is defamatory or that maliciously or damagingly misrepresents.

But you are obviously all upset and so I will make it simple;
Here is the Attorney General’s number (651) 296-3353. Make the call. Give them the case number;
