She obviously she did not have "any" evidence of any kind of wrong doing. This is a lack of justice. In the end, the Court system vindicated this guy but not until his reputation and financial future were obliterated. Think about it, this could happen to anyone. When the government can do this without any penalty of any kind for doing it, I think it is a flaw in the justice system.
Obviously you did not call yet. Why? Why would anyone want to continue to call an innocent man guilty? I mean, the evidence is all there. What are you waiting for?
More importantly, what did your affidavit say that this guy did to you? What law do you say he broke?
Just because Trimble was found innocent in court does not mean he was innocent in fact. Remember, OJ was innocent of killing his wife in criminal court, but found guilty in civil court of depriving her of her civil rights--by killing her. Our justice system fails all the time, as it did with the Trimble case.
Ok, so now you are bringing in OJ Simpson in as your example? I am not going to spend any time addressing that.
So obviously you still have not read the Judges Findings of Fact in this case. The Judge was the Honorable Bruce Peterson, a respected Yale graduate with a reputation of not being fooled. Ask any top tier law firm in this State if they can “put one over” on him. The answer is no way.
So let me repeat myself;
Why won't you call the Attorney General and get a copy of the order?
They convinced you that Trimble was doing something wrong and got you to sign your affidavit. The least they could do is give you a copy of the order.
On the other hand, maybe you don’t want one. Did you testify? You seem to be screaming injustice here. Did you have the integrity to show up? If not, shame on you… Again.

Ask her why she didn't file an appeal and object to anything the Judge stated, even when he stated that she called a press conference to "invite" complaints!
Why do you stand there with your fists clenched and refuse to acknowledge reality?
You say your affidavit is a statement of fact, publish it here. What are you afraid of?

I have a copy. I paid 8.00 to have it mailed to me. Please do it, The blogger that states the judge called trimble "honorable" may want to read the whole file again because I cannot find that anywhere. For some reason the judge was blinded by something but I have peace knowing trimble will have to stand infront of God some day and explain himself.

Ed, Sean and Pat were not disgruntled employees, I know for a fact one of them was very successful but could not stand the obvious scam. I was in court that day and the judge did NOT call Barry honorable. ALSO, BARRY RAPED HIS NIECE!! Really, he's honorable? All you defending him are either stupid or just as bad as him.
